The mother tincture is prepared from the fresh leaves gathered before flowering of the plant, Nerium oleander L., which grows on river banks in Southern Europe, par- ticuarly in Greece and Asia Minor. N.O. Apocynaceae.
Weakness of memory. Double vision, speech disorders and almost complete loss of speech. Empty sensation in the chest with palpitations. Muscular energy dimin- ished, trembling, especially of the legs. Coldness of the extremities. Steatorrhoea, especially in children. Lack of pain in pareses and paralyses. Degeneration phase of poliomyelitis.
