The main indications are:

Sensitive to warmth, thunderstorms, rest. Ameliorated by movement. Headache in the sun, or after school. Milk causes diarrhoea. Morning sickness. Joints give way. Ulcers on the heel. Leucorrhoea and nasal catarrh with thick mucus. Tendency to catch cold. Wary of going into the fresh air.

The German Monograph-Preparation Commission for the Homoeopathic Field of Therapy has, under the Preparation Monograph for Natrium carbonicum H2O, pub- lished the following indication(s) in the German Bundesanzeiger (German Federal Gazette) for natrium carbonicum: chronic inflammations of the respiratory pas- sages; abnormal discharges; digestive insufficiency; conditions of physical and men- tal weakness; emotional discord or upset.
