Squeeze the pump and spray into nostril. DIRECTIONS Adults and children over 12 years: 2 sprays into each nostril, 3-5 times per day. Children 6- 12 years: 1 spray into each nostril, 3-5 times per day. Children under 6 years: 1 spray into each nostril, 3 times per day. PACKAGING WARNINGS Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist more than 5 days. If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
